After being introduced to the Bourne Group of companies, this high profile City firm of consultants asked us to review all their accounting processes and implement a series of changes.

This involved various divisions of the Bourne Group helping our client to review their business structure and plan an effective short and long-term strategy. During this process, the directors asked to discuss their personal affairs with Web.fs as they were dissatisfied with the service they were getting from their existing advisers.

After presenting and demonstrating our capabilities of the Web.fs Wealth Management Portal, the directors decided to transfer all their personal and pension assets across to our management. Part of this involved comprehensively reviewing the existing underlying asset allocation and individual investment funds, and making amendments where appropriate.

Having finalised this process attention then turned to the financial planning requirements of the business. Although the company had a benefits scheme, take up from staff was poor. We reviewed and updated the company pension scheme, death in service arrangements, and private medical insurance with solutions appropriate for a team of high earners.

Not only does the company now provide a more attractive benefits package for existing staff, but they are also able to attract high calibre employees in an extremely competitive market.
